Vacuum Forming
Vacuum forming is a version of thermoforming whereby a sheet of plastic is heated, stretched onto or into a mould, held against the mould by applying vacuum between the mould surface and the sheet, and allow the plastic to take the shape of almost any conceivable design.Vacuum forming products can be made into any size or shape to fit your apllication, based on your specifications. They can be produced in various colours using several types of materials, including but not restricted to, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PS (polystyrene), PP (polypropylene), HIPS, A-PET, PET-G etc. with normal, antistatic or conductive grade.
